n1baje Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the n1baje platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. n1baje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at first withdrawal or at any point during ongoing account use.

You must not use the n1baje platform if gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction or if you are accessing the platform from a country or territory where such activity is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the n1baje service is lawful under the laws of Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction applicable to you.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the n1baje platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, n1baje reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account, void any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated from funds deposited into a duplicate account.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. n1baje is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or during the account lifecycle, including failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment details.

• Full legal name — must match your national ID or passport exactly.
• Date of birth — used to verify the 21+ age requirement at withdrawal.
• Valid mobile number — used for two-factor SMS authentication.
• Active payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or local bank account registered in your own name.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

n1baje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. n1baje does not accept deposits funded by credit facilities, loans, or funds belonging to a third party. Every payment method used must be registered in your own name.

2.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are ordinarily processed within three to five minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are ordinarily processed within one business day. n1baje reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where an account has not previously completed full verification.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the n1baje account holder. n1baje will not send funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.

2.3 Deposits from Third Parties

Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment credentials belonging to another person is strictly forbidden. Any account found to have received third-party deposits will have its balance frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms third-party funding, the deposited amount will be returned to the source account and the n1baje account will be closed. Any winnings generated from third-party funds will be voided.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by n1baje are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), and expiry period for each promotion are displayed on the applicable promotion page at the time of opt-in. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

n1baje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and is subsequently withdrawn, any wagering requirement in progress at the time of withdrawal remains in effect, but no additional requirement will be imposed beyond what was communicated at the point of opt-in.

3.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The n1baje welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. It is not available to players who have previously held an account on the platform, to players using a payment method previously linked to another n1baje account, or to players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus through any promotional channel associated with n1baje. n1baje may verify eligibility using mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, and payment account details.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method intended to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse. n1baje reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, close the relevant account, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation where bonus abuse is suspected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of the n1baje compliance team.

4.1 Game Integrity

4.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket and sports betting markets on n1baje are subject to specific market rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play adjustments. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for settlement have been bowled, all unsettled bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full. n1baje reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.

• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events — settled according to official match results as confirmed by the governing body within 72 hours of the scheduled completion time.
• Live in-play markets — odds are subject to change and suspension at any time during an event. Bets confirmed before a suspension are honoured.

4.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software faults — n1baje will make every reasonable effort to settle affected game rounds based on the last confirmed state recorded by our servers. Where no confirmed state is available, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned. n1baje is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from technical failures outside the platform's direct control, including mobile network outages, device failures, or internet service provider disruptions.

5.1 Player Protection Tools

n1baje is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All registered players have access to the following tools from within their account dashboard at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting; increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive on-screen notifications after one, two, or three hours of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — request a cooling-off period of one week, one month, six months, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits are accepted.

6.1 Grounds for Suspension

n1baje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against n1baje with a payment provider.
• Confirmed or suspected use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. n1baje will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder via the registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited. n1baje will confirm account closure in writing to the registered contact once the process is complete.

7.1 Service Availability

n1baje provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. 7.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n1baje's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract, tort, or statutory liability.

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

n1baje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and n1baje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
